At We Care Welfare Trust, we believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to become financially independent and live with dignity. However, in many slum and underprivileged communities, women are often deprived of education, employment, and skill development due to poverty and limited opportunities.
Our Silai Training Center has been established to bridge this gap by providing free tailoring and stitching training to women and young girls from economically weaker sections. This initiative is designed to equip them with practical skills that can become a sustainable source of income and improve the overall well-being of their families.
More than just learning to sew, our Center creates a safe and supportive environment where women gain confidence, develop new abilities, and prepare themselves for self-employment or professional opportunities.
